Will upgrading to newer versions be free?
Minor upgrades (e.g. from 1.0 to 1.1) will be free. Major upgrades (e.g. from 1.3 to 2.0) will be offered at a discount of the full product price. Our philosophy is to release early and release often, which results in a significant number of minor upgrades between major versions. We hope to make the major version upgrades well worth the cost.

We thought a small fee was reasonable for a little widget that is a consistent time-saver. We hope that it will be useful to enough people that it will support itself financially and spur on its own development.
